Last weekend (July 5-6), while we were wrestling over the Transportation session, the annual Cape Fear Rugby Sevens Tournament took place in North Carolina.

Cape Fear is a great tournament featuring teams from all over the U.S. and the globe which come down to NC to play sevens rugby and hit the beaches.

Anyway, Northern Virginia RFC, my club, won the A-Side Men's tournament, defeating a select side from the British Armed Forces in the final.  Here's a link to the action:

My days as an A-side player are long gone.  Occasionally, I get to step out with the lower sides or the "Old Boys."  Anyway ... Go Grays!  Go NOVA!
